The Spa at Babylonstoren

Babylonstoren is probably our ‘happy place’. It’s were we go to reset, unwind and feel inspired.

Heloise and I spoiled ourselves with a treatment at their beautiful Spa recently.

It’s worth every penny.  From the moment you arrive, you are whisked away to the change rooms and given a luxurious linen robe to change into, then to a light filled glass room, to unwind and complete our treatment forms.  An array of teas, infused waters and a tray of healthy nibbles were waiting for us.

We both had the most luxurious 60 minute pedicure and afterwards you are welcome to enjoy all the facilities in the private Spa area of the farm.

So we changed into our swimwear and was off to the ‘dam’ for a dip.  The Spa has a beautiful swimming pool with an indoor sauna an Jacuzzi.  But also a cute nod to ‘farm life’ is the big private cement dam complete with black tyre tubes to relax on.

In true Babylonstoren fashion every detail is special and beautifully styled, from the sun loungers, to the wicker baskets of ice cold bottled water.

We enjoyed a lovely shower with the Aesop goodies in the change rooms and ended off our day with a sharing platter (from their extensive garden) along with a bottle of wine in their stylishly designed tasting room.

Recharged and ready for a new week!
